I'd personally recommend a highly efficient fully automated irrigation system. We found Orbit Irrigation and have loved them! Need to keep your rain gutters clean to eliminate stagnant water with mosquito larva and bugs flowing into your rain barrels!
We keep our rain gutters squeaky clean all year so rain water flows freer and cleaner into our many rain barrels. We do this with the Gutter Clutter Buster which is a newer method of cleaning gutters faster, easier, and with added bonus. As it attaches to a wet/dry vac and literally vacuums out all wet and dry gutter debris, while the user stays on the ground it also dumps all debris into the vac’s canister, which I later empty into my compost pile.
So, it’s a WIN-WIN situation every time I clean out my rain gutters. Go green, use less potable water, get more compost materials, and eliminate mosquito breeding and virus mold.
WOW! All in one venture that must be done for all homeowners like us that must keep those gutters clean, to stop major damages to our home!
So Happy Rainwater Harvesting and Happy Composting but best of all Happy Garden Harvest!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12249631843331935589noreply@blogger.com
